Heidi is great! Came and promptly gave me a quote and plan, and we are now working together to make my backyard more manageable and beautiful! Highly recommend.

Heidi is so wonderful to work with! My vegetable garden took a turn for the worst after heavy rain fall and poor drainage. I thought my plants were past the point of return. Heidi responded within an hour of me reaching out and started tackling the problem. When Heidi came out, she diagnosed the problem, addressed it and even got my selection of fall vegetables to plant. Heidi is kind, attentive, knowledgeable and professional.

She has been wonderful to work with and I wanted to pick all 5 items not just 3. Would add value and punctuality too.

Heidi was right on target in creating what we discussed. She listened carefully and accomplished what was desired. I will contact Heidi for any future needs.

Heidi is the reason my yard is still alive. I have the absolute opposite of a green thumb but because of her teaching me which plants will go well with my clay soil and varying degrees of sunlight I have beautiful flowers, green bushes, and a variety of fruits and veggies. She is amazing to work with and truly has a passion for helping things grow.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is hourly with a discount for full-day projects. I’m a strong believer in you get what you pay for. My service is a full flower bed service. I maintain beds in a way that creates beauty and cuts down on persistent weeds and will need less attention in the future, which will save you money in the long run.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I gather as much information as possible before arriving. Picture and/or videos of the space are also requested. I will also ask a lot of questions to understand what the desired outcome is and what the space currently looks like. Once I arrive, I conduct a brief walk through and analysis of the area to determine highest priorities and an action plan. After working, I always follow up with the client of what was done, what will need to be done in the future, and if I have any recommendations.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a BS in Plant Science and Horticulture, nearly 10 years of professional experience, and a current pesticide applicator's license.
