So, ran into Dusty and Alpha Construction at the Home Show. We'd spoken with several contracting companies about installing an oven hood and outlet fan to replace our over-range microwave (our home is one of those in which the fan merely blows the smoke or steam into the main level; no outlet).Alpha beat the prices quoted by several other firms, got our hood in early, and got to work earlier than originally planned. His crew was professional, courteous, and the completed work is exactly what we wanted.I've worked with some firms who either drag their feet in beginning/completion, take shortcuts at the cost of the customer, or display questionable behavior; Alpha did none of this.I'd happily contract with Alpha again on future work. We hired Alpha Construction Services for deck work and to handle a long list of repairs around the property. They delivered exactly what they promised. The deck was rebuilt with solid craftsmanship, clean lines, and attention to structural detail. Everything feels sturdy and properly finished.In addition to the deck, they fixed multiple miscellaneous items that had been piling up. Each issue was handled thoroughly rather than patched. After hours of searching for the right LVP color and a reliable installer, I found Dusty through a social media recommendation. He brought samples directly to my home, which was a welcome relief after my own trial-and-error trying to match existing kitchen cabinets and flooring I wasnt replacing.Someone had suggested I use Home Depot LVP material, but when Dusty and I compared products side by side, it was clear his was better quality, which ultimately sold me on using his services. While his product was slightly more expensive, it was well worth the cost and I felt reassured knowing it was durable enough to hold up in a high-traffic area.I also had some challenging transitions from the new LVP to existing Pergo and carpet. Dusty and his team stuck with it until the transitions looked amazing, which was no easy feat. I would absolutely use him again for future home remodels.
