- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free consultation to understand the customer’s needs and vision. After that, we provide a detailed estimate and timeline. Once approved, we schedule the project, maintain communication throughout the process, and complete the job with a final walkthrough to ensure satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our leadership team brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in the construction and remodeling industry, supported by professional training in carpentry, welding, project management, design, and general construction. Elad’s background includes military training as a model builder, years of experience as a carpenter and welder, and a decade as a project manager. Our company is fully licensed and insured, and we continuously train our team on the latest building standards, design trends, and safety regulations.
