Ramon responded quickly to my request for our washing machine to be fixed. He arrived, assessed the problem, and resolved it all within 30 minutes. Afterwards he cleaned the area under and around the washing machine and even cleaned around the door gasket. Ramon was very thorough and professional. He explained what he was doing at each step. Ramone was very helpful and shared his findings with our refrigerator. He was very punctual and really spent some quality time digging into the problem we were experiencing. Unfortunately the issue is with the cabling inside the refrigerator so we couldn't get it fixed. However, I would recommend Ramone for future appliance work.

We called Ray to figure out why our clothes dryer was so slow. He was methodical is diagnosing the issue, including checking the dryer vent outside. Very satisfied with the work. I also double checked his quote with other sources and he was very honest with the price of materials he needed to do the job. Will definitely call back for my maintenance needs
