He did an amazing job in our condo. We did not have any lights in the living room and wanted to install recessed lighting. We had to install total 18 LED recessed lights and rewire our coax cable. He did an excellent job on everything. We were not sure if we could get it done in two days but he made it happen. I am very happy with Jo's work and I would love to hire him for another job when I have any.

Jo was great, very knowledgeable and experienced in everything building. He helped demo, did my kitchen build out framing, ceiling, stove vent and drywall. He is the perfect person to have the one person to pull it all together He even did the little jobs that you dont think of including installing a dog door in 2 layer brick old home. Here is a before and after.

The same as working with a previous customer. no different respect all.

Most of my training is on the job over the years of 25 years working for various types of people through Real Estate Investors new home builders and remodelers I also hold a journeyman's ID card through the Carpenters Union.
