Max was fantastic to work with. Our dryer was making a weird noise, and he was able to come out exactly when he said he would. I submitted the request around 10 p.m. the night before, and he responded right away and was able to come the very next day.
He was prompt, professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue after taking a look upstairs. He fixed the problem fast and charged a very fair price. He's very knowledgeable about washers + dryers and I'm sure a whole host of other appliances. We were so impressed that we took his card so we can call him for any future appliance issues.
Highly recommend Max if you’re looking for someone responsive, honest, and reliable.
