I’ve been providing Handyman Services and remodeling homes for over 12 years but that’s not all! Besides the typical repair, install and construction projects, I have also helped customers with other light duty tasks ie. light fixture installation, furniture assembly, hanging tv’s, picture hanging, kitchen and bathroom sink change outs, disposals, changing light bulbs, changing out hvac filters, installing stereo systems, setting up and troubleshooting WiFi, and even taking care of simple errands my clients couldn’t fit into their schedule. Ive been told that I’m very good at problem solving. I provide high quality work while paying close attention to details and respecting your home in the process. I’m enthusiastic, dutiful and punctual. I can be available whenever you need me and especially appreciate those who call for my help on a regular basis. In the recent past I’ve been working on larger projects ie. house flipping rehabs, kitchen remodels and laminate floor installations but currently I’m looking for small jobs that take 1-8 hours to complete. Customer satisfaction is my goal! All work is guaranteed. PRICING EXPLANATION: Please consider that because the handyman must spend much of the time driving to different job sites, purchasing customer materials and dealing with scheduling conflicts, on average may only allow the handyman to perform 3-4 hours of billable work per day. PRICING GUIDELINES: Minimum $89 service call for first hour, $35 each addition half hour. OR I can provide a firm bid rather than an hourly rate. For most jobs I can usually provide a firm price over the phone or by messaging.
