I have hired this company about 3 times in the past few months. I particularly liked how they’re able to clean on Saturdays, and mostly are responsive when I messaged/texted them.
The first odd thing about this company is that for whatever reason they don’t keep records of their clients, since the first cleaning was ok(I had low expectations because we were finishing a bathroom remodel at that point), i hoped I could have them come over as needed. Each time I had to provide my info all over again.
I noticed that neither of them speak English, now I’m an immigrant myself, but when I hire someone to clean or do any type or service, i expect them to be able to communicate with me. The most frustrating part is that they act like they understand and say no problem, but do the exact opposite. Examples: I asked them to use my cleaning products, we have reactions to strong cleaning supplies, they slowly would start bringing their stuff in. I also asked them to use my vacuum and specifically asked to no use the Dyson on BOOST, otherwise the vacuum won’t hold the charge for the whole house. They still put it on boost. I asked them to use my duster, mop, etc. They slowly would go out to their car and use their stuff. I don’t like having cleaners use material they use on other places in my home, I don’t understand what is so hard for them to follow that.
I had a family dinner scheduled this Sunday, and I requested their cleaning on Saturday. They canceled last minute due to car issues. Then came over on Sunday at 8am, they brought a teenager with them and were basically hanging out together all 3 people in one room and talking super loud. They would spend 30 minutes to 1 hour in each room but basically just going over the same stuff and just chatting along.
I asked the main guy if they could split and maybe start in different areas because they only had 20 minutes left, and hadn’t started in the living room. He agreed but they all continued to hangout in the kitchen?
I requested a “deep cleaning” but after 2 hours, I spend another hour cleaning after them.
They do a subpar job. If you are fine with mediocre and people who come over to your house to hangout, hire them.
I gave them a few tries, but time to look for another cleaning company!
