Despite it not being required by law, we are fully licensed, bonded, and insured; plus we perform extensive background checking on all of our cleaning contractors for everyone’s safety and peace of mind. The owner of Koality Home Kleaning has certification in the industry (also not required by law) and passes her knowledge on to her contractors to further ensure the best possible results. We hold monthly meetings to discuss new products and information to continually help us be at the top of our industry. We are experienced in all residential cleanings, Airbnb/short term rental turnovers, construction cleanups, and commercial property janitorial maintenance cleanings. Scarlette came and cleaned our one bathroom and wall and did a great job on the deep clean as the place was very poorly kept for a time.

Courtney was awesome to work with from our first communication to our on-going communication as we refer friends and family to her service. Being active-duty military means we are against some vitally critical timelines so we reached out months early to find a service that could complete the interior and exterior move-out cleaning and yard work. Courtney reassured me several times over the course of the months to the due date that everything on the list could be done and done well. We had 3 very polite and professional ladies come into our home and get everything clean to our exacting specifications. They were even very patient with the unique security concerns accessing the base and my tedious nature due to the inspectors being picky. The 2nd generation family owned lawn care professionals that were subcontracted to take care of the lawn made our well-maintained lawn look pristine. We passed our inspection with flying colors and couldn't be happier with the end result of our home!

Marcie was thorough and did great deep clean on my kitchen and laundry room!! Kortney was wonderful to work with in setting up my appts! Very quick to respond and addressed all my questions and was very flexible with my annoying travel schedule! I do however, wish there was a crew of 2+ to do my recurring cleans to get more done in the allotted time. For efficiency purposes. But i will for sure be using Koality Home Kleaning again!! Thanks guys!

The ladies that cleaned the house were on time. They did an excellent job, especially the areas we asked them to focus on. When they were close to finished up, they asked us to look over anything and were willing to touch up areas we felt might have not met our standard. The house looked and smelled brand new. It was awesome.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want our services to be as affordable as possible. We do offer discounts for repeat clients, brand new clients (just ask!), and especially for referrals. We do not have the cheapest rates out there, but our rates are purchasing you true value and expertise. We offer proper insurance, licensing, and certified cleaners.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to learn who you are and what your preferences are. Our goal is to pair you with the best contractor to fit your personal preferences.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done home and business cleaning for over 8 years. I’m also a certified cleaner and I pass this knowledge onto every contractor I employ. While my company here in Utah is only just over 3 years old, rest assured we have plenty of experience!
