FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Know what your customers want. Targeting the customer's needs is understanding their wants and then being able to deliver it to them. It requires one to be a half psycologist and half mind-reader. It is generally being able to generate your product or service around basic emotional needs; security, trust, fulfillment, happiness, or love. It sounds basic until you start to apply it. Then it becomes a visual equation of fonts, pictures, colors, copy, and layout that's intended to translate into the desired and intended emotion. This requires one to put themselves in the customer's shoes. Not just to think like them but to feel like them, as well. What are they feeling when they are shopping for a new product or service? What would they like to feel regarding your product or service? How do you feel when you are shopping for other company's products or services? Knowing your customer's needs is knowing them. Provide your customers with their emotional needs and you'll have customers for generations.
