- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on the scope of work (prep needs, surface condition, height/access, and the products/finish you choose). You’ll get a clear, written estimate so you know exactly what’s included—no surprise add-ons. If anything changes (like extra repairs or added areas), we’ll talk it through and get approval before moving forward. We sometimes run seasonal promos or bundle pricing for multiple rooms—just ask what’s available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 Quick call/message to understand what you want painted and your timeline 2 Walkthrough in-person to confirm surfaces and prep needs 3 Written estimate with scope, materials, and schedule Color/sheen confirmation and job-day plan 4 Protect and prep (covering, masking, patching, sanding, caulking) Paint + daily cleanup 5 Final walkthrough with touch-ups so you’re happy before we wrap up
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in proper surface prep, clean masking, patching/repairs, and professional application techniques for walls, ceilings, trim, and detailed finishes. Jobs are led by our foreman Willy to make sure prep is done right and the final lines and details are clean. We follow manufacturer best practices for primers, paints, and coatings so the finish looks great and holds up.
