The technician arrived on time And after a couple of minutes of me telling him what I done to troubleshoot the problem myself he went right to work and within about 10 minutes he had come to the conclusion that it was a control board in the door that had malfunctioned, and because I had given him the serial number and model number in advance he was prepared with a replacement part and sure enough that fix the problem. I was impressed by his knowledge, and it was obvious that he had experience and knew exactly how to troubleshoot the problem and fix it.. he assured me that his part and his work is guaranteed for six months. If there was any issues. He would come back
