Matt Aspenwall is the best in the business. He has taken care of me numerous times. His customer service is truly serving the customer. I met him through a referral from another customer, and he has my business for life. He is very knowledgeable on his product, warranties his work, and is more than reasonably priced. Personally, I have had mad, over the last year alone, build me two desktops, and recently a laptop for an amazing price! If you are looking for a computer that is going to be far superb that that of what you could buy off the shelf at Best Buy, for a fraction of the cost. Matt is your guy. Five stars *****

I am a professional DJ and had previously had Mat upgrade my home computer. I was starting a show one night and my laptop crashed. I called Mat and he had my try several things over the phone, when that did not resolve the problem, he came immediately to my location, brought me a back-up laptop to use that night and by the time i finished my gig, he had eliminated the virus, restored all my settings and fixed the issue. He also came back to the club to return my fully fixed laptop at 1:00 am that same night. Very adept at pc repair and most importantly, he was there ready to help when I had an emergency!

My computer stopped connecting to my home network. I couldn't figure out the problem so I took it to Mat at Second Life Computers. He spent time checking out my PC and got it working again. Since then, I have had no problems. He was very helpful and I'd recommend Second Life Computers to anyone.

Matt was very knowledgeable in anything pc related from hardcore gaming crowd to casual users not to mention any problem you have he's there 24/7 to answer along with the warranty you walk out in confidence. Bought mine to game and I'm loving it 1

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    My advice is: Experience is everything. Anyone can stare at a book or watch an instructional video and learn how to do something. Anyone can get a technical certification. When searching for a service provider I say "The proof is in the pudding". If someone has 15 years experience "tinkering" in the garage building robots out of junk versus someone out of high school that completed an A+ certification exam at the local community college, I would put my money on the "mad scientist" versus the book smart rookie.
