I reached out at 10am, and by 2pm the junk was gone. He called me at the start so we could discuss the details, and he gave me an estimate based on the photo I shared and also explained how we priced and how the cost could change once he saw the full junk to be removed. So even though the estimate changed a tiny bit on site, I knew what to expect and there were no surprises. He was incredibly fast, a great communicator, and the whole thing was easy from start to finish. Will hire again!

Rapid response time, and I received an instant, very reasonable estimate. I was even able to work out a payment plan to better align with my paycheck, which I am very grateful for! I scheduled on Thursday afternoon and they were in and out Friday morning while I was at work with no issues. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers start by reaching out with a quick message about what they need removed. Photos are helpful but not required. A free quote is provided upfront based on the size of the job, so there are no surprises. Once everything looks good, a time is scheduled that works best, with same-day or next-day service available. On the day of service, items are removed and the space is cleared, whether its one item or a full clean-out. Afterward, customers can take a look before payment, keeping the whole process simple and stress-free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 5 years of hands on experience running a local moving company, with extensive training in all aspects of the moving process including packing, loading, and transportation. In addition, I bring 20 years of fine dining server and customer service experience, which has strengthened my professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail. Together, this background allows me to deliver efficient, careful execution of junk removal projects, while providing a high level of customer care. I've also trained crews, managed operations, and ensured every junk removal project is completed safely, professionally, and on time.
