- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The larger the job, the better the price! We also offer discounts for repeat customers! We are an up and coming junk removal company, looking to establish as many long lasting business relationships as possible
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll try to gather as much information about the upcoming project via ***** or over the *****. If it is a larger job, I’ll always come out within 24 hours and give a free estimate. If it is a smaller job, we will send the appropriate number of crew members, and if you like our price when we arrive we will complete your project on the spot!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a Commercial Driver, and Project Estimator for a large scale moving company for 8 years.
