Pricing is based on the amount of space your items take up, keeping rates fair and straightforward. Free estimates are always provided, with pricing discussed upfront so there are no surprises. the goal is to offer dependable service at a good price, with customers only paying for what they need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers start by reaching out with a quick message about what they need removed. Photos are helpful but not required. A free quote is provided upfront based on the size of the job, so there are no surprises. Once everything looks good, a time is scheduled that works best, with same-day or next-day service available. On the day of service, items are removed and the space is cleared, whether its one item or a full clean-out. Afterward, customers can take a look before payment, keeping the whole process simple and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 5 years of hands on experience running a local moving company, with extensive training in all aspects of the moving process including packing, loading, and transportation. In addition, I bring 20 years of fine dining server and customer service experience, which has strengthened my professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail. Together, this background allows me to deliver efficient, careful execution of junk removal projects, while providing a high level of customer care. I've also trained crews, managed operations, and ensured every junk removal project is completed safely, professionally, and on time.
