As chief instructor and owner of Zenbei Martial Arts, I have been involved in martial arts for over 40 years, teaching and coaching for the last 20 years. I am a retired police officer whose specialty was training police recruits in self-defense, physical fitness, and firearms. At my school, I teach kodokan judo, conceal carry class for Utah, personal handgun training, hand-to-hand combat, and rape awareness/self-defense for girls/women. What is Judo?
