- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I let the client know that my prices may not be the most competitive, but I guarantee that I will take the necessary time to correct every small detail to ensure their investment is secure. I always try to do something extra beyond the initial budget and price at no additional cost to satisfy the client; this would be their discount. I also offer financing plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My usual process is to first check the accessories for the machinery I’m going to use, then notify Bluestake to mark the work area so as not to risk damaging any utilities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my home country I reached the 4th semester of Civil Engineering and this is very similar to what I studied.
