- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new or potential customer is quite simple. Before you even decide anything we will have a totally free telephone communication of why you are looking for a Life Coach/Counselor to help you. It will be about a 30 minute conversation with no pressure. We can use Messanger, Facetime or just a telephone call. We can communicate from anywhere in the United States because technical communication is usually used for all counseling sessions. If you decide that I am the one who 'clicks' with you, we will go forward from that point and make an appointment for your first session with me. I also like calling myself a "Life Consultant" which is another fun way I can describe myself. If we start working together you can be assured that everything is completely confidential, safe and with no judgement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and training as a Life Coach and Counselor was completed at one of the most elite Life Coaching schools in the world named the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC). I have earned my Graduate Master's certification through IPEC. Through my University schooling I majored in Communication and Psychology. I feel that my education and training has also been learned by 'hands-on' experience. My experience with people needing help with physical health and teaching them to have stronger and healthier bodies while being a Personal Trainer for 27 years has included not only 'healthy' clients, but chronic issues such as Parkinson's Disease and MS. Also becoming a Medical Massage Therapist 27 years ago and working on people's muscles as a Medical Neuromuscular Massage Therapist led me to understand most people need psychological help to help them understand why they may have issues concerning anxiety and how to deal with changes that happen in their lives. In fact, from 1992 to the present, whenever I work with women in those fields, I always listen and find out the other things in their lives that are bothering them and have kept them from moving forward in ways they need to progress in some way. Women are who I have gravitated to for my counseling because women just keep going in their lives and many times are overwhelmed and full of anxiety and feel that nothing will change for them in their lives. I am a woman who has gone through many situations in my life so can help and relate. I have not experienced everything you have experienced, but the issues I have experienced which have been difficult for me to handle, has given me the wisdom to understand and to help you to understand and to help you go forward in your life with more confidence and happiness.
