The limo was 30 minutes late to pick up my son for his Senior Prom and over an hour late picking them up to go home. They left my children in the middle of downtown with no way home. We do apologize that you were unhappy with our service. When you called to try and find a limousine last minute, we tried to help. We explained up front that there would be delays due to those reservations that had been made in advance. We explained that there would be a delay in pick up as the car was returning from a client in Orem. As we were told that you understood the conditions, we did our best to accomodate your party. You received a large discount for the transport and you also received another partial refund the following day. We are very sorry that you are unhappy and would certainly like the opportunity to change your opinion, but we also did the best we could to help you in a last minute situation. Hopefully, we have the oportunity to one day rectify the situation. Thanks.
Probably the worst experience ever. Limo was suppossed to pick us up around 5:00 never showed up! Called over and over and got no response. 10 minutes left until my wedding ceremony we packed into cars and was late to my wedding. They finally called my bridesmaid not even me around 7:00 after my ceremony was over and I was at the reception hall. Adressed my concerns and was told they would call me right back. Nobody ever called back and didnt answer the next two days forcing me to dispute charges with my credit card company. For you we respond with the most sincere apology. The circumstances surrounding your event caused some changes to procedure in our company. There is no way for us to change the events of your wedding day. You did everything right and we thought we had as well, but obviously we fell short. I did issue your refund the same day, both your deposit and the balance. I know that it does not show up immediately, but I'm sure your bank let you know because they saw it when you filed your dispute. The only phone number that I had on your reservation was yours, so the only way that your bridesmaid could have gotten a call was if she called and he returned her call. The gentleman on the phones did speak to you that day and he did tell you a refund would be issued. On Monday I was back in the office, but I did not hear from you. I have tried to email you regarding this matter as we want to offer you a complimentary service, but the emails did not go through. We know that we cannot change the events of that day, we wish we could, but we would like to offer you and new husband an evening in the limousine free of charge. We would like to offer you a 3 hour package in our Dodge Charger stretch limousine. We know you do not have to accept and we fully understand your frustration, but we hope that you will accept our offer and give us a chance to try and make it better.
