We needed our locks re-keyed, and Harlen was super easy to schedule, and communicate with. He informed me when he was on the way, and was prompt to arrive. He went above and beyond, and even helped with a deadbolt issue I had been having, as well as great tips for our home safety, regarding locks. I saved his number in my phone, as I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Great experience! He installed two digital locks with a new style handle on two doors in under an hour! Very professional. I messed up our appointment the day before (got the time wrong) and he was super understanding and quickly rescheduled with me. Would certainly use again!
