FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Most jobs are quoted based on the type of service, lock/hardware involved, and the time needed to complete the work. I always try to offer competitive rates and great value, and I’ll let you know the price before starting. If a job requires additional parts or more labor than expected, I’ll explain everything clearly first so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and straightforward. First, I learn what you need and ask a few questions so I understand the issue or project. Then I provide an estimate, confirm the details, and schedule a time that works for you. Once on site, I assess everything, explain the best solution, complete the work carefully and efficiently, and test it to make sure everything is working properly before I leave. My goal is to make the whole experience smooth, clear, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on locksmith experience working with residential and commercial locks, lockouts, rekeying, lock replacement, and hardware installation. My training has come through real-world field work, problem-solving on a wide range of lock and door issues, and continuing to stay up to date with modern lock hardware and installation methods. I focus heavily on doing the job carefully, professionally, and making sure everything is working properly before I leave.
