Enoch was great! He replied immediately to my messages and was communicative the whole time he worked with me. He told me upfront what my options were and was realistic about possibly not being able to pick my doorknob lock, and what the price would be for either service (lock picking or replacing doorknob). He was fortunately able to pick the lock and got it done in a jiffy! I'm very pleased with his service.
