Marriage and Relationship Counseling

Working with Crisy has been great. She cares about you and wants the best for you. Willing to put in the work if you are. The environment is super inviting and comforting. I feel like in the short time working together it is super easy to open up and talk with Crisy. Highly recommend.

Marriage and Relationship Counseling

We're IN LOVE with Crissy, after just one session. We were breaking as a couple up until we met with her. She is attentive and personable, we felt comfortable talking with her (which says a lot for my man). She put us BOTH in our place from the start, holding us each accountable, and really made us look internally to deal with our issues. We went in there thinking that we were going to be arguing our sides and giving details about our fights, but she cut to straight to the core. How we feel about each other, our stresses, our pressures, etc. - and that made more of a difference than we could've ever known had we not met with her. She's wise, unbiased, comforting, and truly cares to help us. 11/10 recommend Crissy. Godsend!!!

Marriage and Relationship Counseling

I cannot say enough good things about Crisey. If you need a therapist who will really listen, give you in depth feedback, connect with you right from the start, and not pass a single ounce of judgment you can stop looking because Crisey will deliver all of that and more. Just on our first visit she was able help me understand some of my thought and behavioral patterns that I have been questioning for a long time. She is very easy to talk to and will put you at ease right from the start. I look forward to seeing her again to continue my therapy. I couldn't have asked for anyone better.

Therapy and Counseling

Crisy is amazing. She makes you feel comfortable and heard which I think is the most important quality to have as a therapist. I can’t wait to work with her more!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Your first consultation is up to 90 minutes. I do this so that potential clients can determine if I am the best fit for them with additional time. I also offer discounted rates for those who have that sincere need. Lastly, my rates are lower than most because I office from my home now, making it possible to pass on savings to my clients.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Facilitator of: Brene Brown; Conscious Living; Conscious Loving; Conscious Family; The Human Potential For Healing; Empowerment Methodology; Mindfulness Based Stress and Anxiety Reduction (MBSAR); Surviving In The Shadows of Victimization; Pathways of Forgiveness and Forgetting; 5 Step Strategies to The Power Within; The Breakthrough System; and more.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have pursued my education over the years from a place of pure curiosity and an innate need to understand how, and why we think, act, and even love the way we do - But most of all, I have been in search of ways to shift, transform, and heal our hearts and minds. I’ve had a passion for connecting with people and being of help since my childhood. My grandmother always told me that my life’s purpose would be one of service to others. She was right. It is my greatest honor to walk, and stand by any soul who is in need of mending that which hinders their dreams, wholeness, motivation, joy, etc. and prevents them from living their most authentic, fullest life. Each and every day I am humbled by my gifts. I am a true nurturer, teacher, and ally. I embrace this truth about my higher self. I’d love to see you validate and appreciate your gifts and talents as well.
