Maybe their workers are good, but Emily, the dispatcher is terrible. She looked at my project and told me that the entire pillar needed to be regrouted where I only needed 8 small holes in the motor to be grouted the same color. But she said no, you need the entire pillar to be regrouted even though the pillar is in excellent condition and this house is fairly new. She also didn't answer the phone when I called and delayed answering Thumbtack messages. Because of her, I will not be doing business with this company.

Had my moms brick repaired. Emko did an awesome job. They redid the entire wall and also painted it. Color was 100% match which was great! They also left everything spotless. Will use again.
