- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting in touch with me via Thumbtack is the best option. I'm typically booked up to two weeks in advance with occasional openings through the week. At first we have a consultation and fill out the necessary paperwork. Then begin the process of opening the layers of the body that are in need of attention. Also addressing movement patterns for those that work at desks or have high energy lifestyles
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2011 I trained at UCMT's Professional and Master programs. A total of 1200 hours. 2013 I was trained by Amber Burnham in Ida Rolf's Ten Series of Structural Integration. I have completed over ten workshops ranging from Ten series advancement and cadaver dissection to movement workshops with Judith Ashton and Mary Bond. 2016 I completed Yoga Assets 500 hours Yoga Teacher program. I now teach individual and group sessions at The Salt Lake City Tennis and Health Club. 2019 I'm certifying in Visionary Cranio Sacral Therapy with The Hugh Milne Institute.
