Rich Metal Arts was a great company to have done the work I needed. They were the only one to respond to my Thumbtack request…disappointing to be ignored by the others. Coulson responded quickly, came out within a few days, measured and sketched, asked about sizes , color, and materials, and sent an email quote about 2 days after that. He and his partner came out and assembled it onsite due to concrete settlement and irregularities. They then took it back to do the finish work and send it out to be powder-coated. A few days after that was done Coulson came out and installed it in less than 10 minutes. He and his partner were very friendly and professional and the railing came out great! We are very happy with the finished product that will give people greater safety and stability using our front stairs! When we need more metalwork done, Rich Metal Arts will be our first phone call!

Found them through Thumbtack when I was looking for someone to get me some bar grating and cut it so I can put it against the curb of my house for a driveway.
