Google only allows for a certain amount of characters for a review so I had to edit this pretty drastically. I have the full review elsewhere but wiill try to hit the main points here.First I was charged for 4 hours. They got to my home at 1:15pm and left at 5. They also took a 15 minute break as well so total time should have been 3.5 hours. Total should have been $525 given this. Still had me pay them the full $600. Then he charges an $12 because he had me use Venmo. Had he told me upfront we could have cash handy.My table was packed face down on the Uhaul and now has a deep gouge in the surface. There were boxes and blankets I could have provided but really it shouldnt have been packed face down to begin with. Its an antique I refinished myself at a cost of $400 and now I get to do it again.A mirror that was my mothers I had asked about because they had it strapped high up in the truck with one cord bracing it in the truck.. I was assure it was okay. It broke on the trip. It could have been put aside and packed in my car or left with my family.I was told that the reason they cost $150 an hour was because they would have everything I needed for the move including wrap, dolly, etc. This was also in the contract. They came with NOTHING. At the very least I could have rented a dolly from Uhaul if I had know .Yeecii had a friend, Vernon, come with him. By the end when we were nearly done he was dressing down Vernon in front of me for being lazy. Highly unprofessional and it almost felt like he was trying to pass the buck for how long it was taking (he had quoted me that it would be about two hours to get the truck packed).Not going to recommend.

I absolutely recommend Whipsmart Moving! I rarely leave company reviews but they really went above and beyond expectations. I hired Whipsmart Moving in 2022 to help a residential move. They were extremely professional, responsive and communicative throughout the process. The owner was constantly in touch in me to keep me posted on timing etc. He was very honest and transparent about the pricing before and there were no surprises. It was exactly what he said. When they arrived on time, the company Id hired to haul junk to the landfill wasnt finished, they were still loading. Without being asked, the owner told his guys to help load the junk. The trash was quickly loaded. Then they immediately got to loading our stuff into their truck. There were 3 movers and they were worked together really well, were very organized and had a good system to best load the truck. They worked really well and totally hustled. They helped with everything I needed. They carefully moved everything from household items to a pool table, appliances etc. They were careful, quick and professional through they entire process. I highly recommend Whipsmart Moving. They are the only movers I will ever use.
