Taylor is awesome,the products are awesome and he was also very helpful when we set up a plan for weight loss/gaining muscle. I would highly recommend going to see him!

Taylor Read, from the Cottonwood Max Muscle store, set up a custom meal plan to help me achieve my goals. It took about nine weeks total. Every two weeks we met and measured body fat and muscle mass. At each meeting we made any necessary adjustments to my meal plan to keep me on schedule. Taylor was always available to answer any questions. Taylor also provided assistance in selecting supplements. I was very happy with the quality of the supplements and I believe they were a significant factor in my success. I would definitely recommend Taylor Read for any type of nutrition consulting.

I've always had issues with fluctuation with my weight. I LOVE eating out and sweets. The diet Taylor put me on has helped me with not only my diet but realizing portion control. I've always known my eating was my problem. I'm glad I'm finally getting the results I want.

Every time I go in to Max Muscle Taylor, the owner, is always so nice and informative. I also love the range of all the supplements they carrier and only buy from them! The Cottonwood location is a bit pit of the way for me but we'll worth the extra drive.
