- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It fluctuates with every event the more people you have and the more everything costs the more its all based off the menu and amount of people. We try to keep things fair. New customers Receive a 10% discount, and parties over 20 receive a 5% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Walk them through their requests share with them several ideas for a menu have them select the products they like and for weddings we can do a tasting to see if the menu is perfect for the bride and groom. Just remember Happy Wife Happy Life
