Personal injury type
I couldn't ask for more. RJ and Holly worked hard and won with attention to detail, personal, friendly communication, and solid advice. I was compensated fairly for my injuries and they worked against a narrow deadline, thank you both so much.Aug 15, 2019
Because my automobile accident in which my left ankle was severely broken in multiple places, the healing process has been long and drawn out. Over the course of almost 2 years, I had to endure 3 different operations, 20 days in a rehab facility, numerous physical therapy sessions, and ,of course the problems of everyday living while being very much hobbled. The result has been a medical bill far exceeding a quarter of million dollars. If I had been left to my own devices to cope with these problems, I was completely over whelmed. Thank goodness for Paul and Christie!!! Acting on their advice, I turned the problem over to them and they have been able negotiate my troubled waters and have found a way to help me come out of this mess (one of which was not of my own making) with medical bills taken care of and much stress relieved. Even though I am not the same physically, I can walk(with difficulty) and I have a good quality of life. Would I involve a lawyer again? Most certainly YES. Would I call Craig swap and associates? Again yes. And would I request Paul and Christie Childs? Yes, Yes Yes!!! Jerry L ByrdJun 20, 2019

License Type: Attorney (UT)
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We are a contingency fee firm. You pay nothing unless we win for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? With one call to our office, you'll set in motion a process perfected over years of experience. Our intake staff will gather basic information about your potential case and let you know if it sounds like something we can help you with. If so, we will send an investigator to your home or convenient meeting place to ask you some more details about the accident and begin the information gathering process. Once that is done, your case is assigned to a caring attorney and case manager team who are devoted to helping you get well and absorbing the blows that come from insurance and creditors. We take that load off your shoulders and put it on ours to help make sure you just focus on getting the right medical treatment to heal and recover. Once your treatment phase is complete, we negotiate with your guidance with the various insurance companies involved to ensure a maximum financial recovery for your injuries, pain and suffering, and lost wages. If those negotiations don't proceed favorably for you, we can proceed to go further and enter into mediation, arbitration, or even court trials to ensure our clients get a fair and full settlement. Your welfare is our concern.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? All our attorneys are fully licensed and registered with the state bar.
