I am a University of Utah Graduate and have lived here for several years. I have been doing this for a long time and feel comfortable training for any sport. I have helped several Division 1 and 2 players reach their full potential including some individual professional baseball players. I was a 3-year varsity basketball player and had the opportunity to play college basketball out of high school. It just so happens I was also a 4-year varsity baseball player and chose to pursue that route instead.
I currently compete in a high level of pickleball! And I structure my own training to enhance my performance!
I come from an athletic development mindset, working my way through injuries, surgeries, and physical therapy to eventually make it to the MLB draft and achieve a lifelong dream was my initial passion. Now I take pride in getting my clients, in person and online one-on-one coaching to reach their goals and dreams. Ultimately I train everyone specifically to their needs but have a clear understanding of movement, injury prevention, and performance goals. I started my training career in San Francisco and have now moved to Salt Lake City, with that I have several openings that will fill up fast so book your session now.

If you are looking for baseball lessons I highly suggest setting up an appointment with Will. We have been really impressed with how knowledgeable and genuine Will is with every interaction. Will has done a great job helping our son progress with his batting and pitching skills. My son leaves each lesson feeling more confident in his skills and always learns something new. I'm impressed with the rapport Will has built with my son in a short amount of time. We are thrilled that we've found an amazing baseball instructor to work with!!

Will is really great at pushing me to achieve my training goals. He is super patient and accommodating. The workouts are never the same and he keeps them interesting. I enjoy and actually look forward to each of my training sessions with Will.

I highly recommend Will. He has been working with my 11 year old son and we have seen nothing but positive results. I sought out a personal coach for my son to help him with his batting and pitching and his overall confidence when playing baseball. Even during the off season he's working on strength and conditioning. Will and my son have developed a really positive teacher/student relationship and we plan to continue with Will long term as my son develops into a successful baseball player well into his high school years. Thanks Will for being a positive influence for Tony he really loves his sessions with you.

Being a baseball player himself, Will understands how to pinpoint muscle groups in which my son can develop to optimize his peak performance as a high school catcher. He has great work ethic and positively pushes my son to capture gains. He is responsive and is always ready to offer feedback when approached. Great trainer who is conscientious and takes great pride in producing results.
