- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After assessing your goals we'll make a game plan regarding nutrition and expected exercise expectations. Routines will generally start with a lot of core and mobility exercises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the University of Utah and have had six certification specializing in weight loss, post physical therapy training, suspension training, and nutrition/supplement strategies.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I initially took in internship with Beyond fitness and thereafter have worked with them as well as Gold's gym, Professional fitness, Vasa, and Universal Swell.
