I am so happy Charlie of Action Link Wireless was able to repair my laptops cracked screen. Once he had the replacement screen he was able to repair it very quickly. All depends on the device and what needs to be done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will get all information in regards to the device we are working on & the customers information. Give the customer a free diagnostic & will provide them with an estimated time frame & price to get their device repaired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technology school, over 23 years of cell phone repair experience, monthly training on new devices and new technology.
