- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very fair in my pricing and I'm willing to negotiate fees. If parts need to be replaced, I will find the best deal for the customer in order for them to buy, while simultaneously negotiating a fee for installation. I offer lower fees than competitors while maintaining quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to converse and get to know a little bit about the customer. I want to establish a good relationship to ensure the customer returns based on my attitude, how I present myself, and satisfaction with my work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've educated myself in IT and diagnosing/troubleshooting, and I've also been trained through the military. I have a few certifications on troubleshooting, building PCs, and security.
