- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do regular discounts, just ask! Very negotiable and willing to work with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take a 50% deposit to hold the date and the 2nd half of payment is taken 60 days prior to the event. A questionnaire is sent out to get all the correct information and make sure the photo strips are customized to you.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with corporate companies as well as our specialty for weddings!
