- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer the best rates within the SLC area for my services. As for a 30 minute photoshoot I offer 20 edited high res images. If the customer requests for more, I can provide additional edited images for a discounted rate of $20 for every 10 images. e.g 30 edited images in total would be $shoot price+$20.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I try to work with the customer to identify the scope of the project (details of what is required, timing, length of shoot, etc.). After this the location can be decided if the customer is not sure where to have the photoshoot (outdoors vs indoors) (necessary permissions required to shoot in certain buildings or parks). After the shoot is completed, the editing process will begin where I will let the customer choose the photos they love and edit them to the finest detail. The edited images will be shared with the customers via digital download with the option to order prints or share via social media.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Photography, Animation and Design. I also have a Master's degree in User Experience Design where I learned to design for websites, applications and brand building.
