- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive for the market. I offer full comprehensive service for 8% of the monthly rental amount. I do also charge a minimal set up and turnover fee, to cover the costs of putting the unit(s) into my system, advertising vacancy, and putting together contracts. I do offer discounted rates for 10 or more units.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with a potential customer (in person or online), and explain the full range of services I offer. I will also learn about the kind of properties they are looking to find management for and ensure that we are a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed real estate agent for the state of Utah. I also previously worked for a successful property management company before starting my own.
