Ive been using Terry for anything plumbing related since 2012. I’ve had work done to make my water heater work, then eventually replaced my water heater; he helped me set up a bidet and hand rails in my shower for my elderly mom; he’s installed my dishwasher because it needed a longer line. Currently, I have a leak in my main water line between my house and the sidewalk... and I’m sure it’s going to be awesome. Terry is great with my mother and my dogs. Love him and happy to have him to call or text whenever I need him. Also, always works me in fast even with my difficult schedule. :)

Terry responded within a half hour of when I posted my request. He was able to come by and give me a bid the same day. He worked his schedule so he could be here at the same time my construction worker was here the following day . He did a great job on a challenging project! If I have plumbing issues again I will certainly use him. I recommend him highly! JY

Terry was wonderful. He came out, let me talk through what I needed and then priced out the different options. He walked me through the different tasks to ensure I knew everything.
He was able to start right away and get my bathroom all up and running. He was very tidy and I think the bathroom is actually cleaner than before he did the work.
I will definitely be using him for any plumbing needs in the future.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Head out to the customers home provide a free estimate and try and educate them on how and why it must be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years Plumbing school to obtain journeyman license which through hard work and experience I have know have a master plumber license.
