- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Providing an accurate price will always entail us visiting the home and looking at the job completely. We can give a rough bid but would prefer to give you an accurate bid by walking the roof. Bids take about 15-20 minutes.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Recovering existing roofing, Complete tear-off and new roofing installed. Repair pipe flashings. Repair chimney flashings. Roof repair. Shingle blow off and repair.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for experience and someone who will answer you in a straightforward manner. Vague answers are never a good sign.
