Tim went above my expectations and taught me about my sprinklersystem and it’s now ready for use. I appreciated his willingness to offer to teach me as he adjusted the sprinklers in each zone and how to troubleshoot if I have problems in the future. Way to go Tim and Tia. Definitely recommend.

Tim was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled.
I forgot to ask him to cap off 2 zones, he capped off 1, and came back at no additional charge to get it done right.
He's my sprinkler guy from now on.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we discussed things briefly over the phone. Second I come to you to review your project. I give you a bid on site. Mind you unless there are significant changes my bid is solid. I prefer if people take the time to think it over. And if you like the bid we will schedule you for the soonest available time.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for other contractors and became very frustrated with a few things those contractors did. First that their bid changed constantly. Second they far over charged for work that was never performed. And third it seemed that they intentionally made things very hard to understand. I felt that if somebody were to be open and give a clear cut price and expectation that they could be incredibly successful. So I set out to do just that.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with homes that are 50 years old. As well as new builds.
