- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an $75/hour rate with a 1 hour-minimum charge per service call. All parts will be additional (After diagnosing the issue I'll give an updated estimate to the customer depending on what parts are needed, if any).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone or text conversation to get a solid idea of the issues and also communicate pricing happens before I officially schedule the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
7 years of career experience in landscape maintenance, installation and irrigation repair as an irrigation technician, then project and account manager.
