I had an older sprinkler system with poor water pressure. Polo checked it out and repaired it and cleaned out the existing sprinkler heads and added sprinkler heads where needed. He responded to my questions. He explained what he was doing and why. He explained the limitations of my system repair (without starting over). He showed up on time. He finished on time. He explained the new system. Also, as the female and the person doing the hiring and gardening, he didn't talk down me and explained things in a very professinal manner.

Same day response to my inquiry, replaced my backflow, activated sprinkler system that hasn’t been turned on in years, and did a great job on the landscape clean up.
