The employee I was working with ghosted me a couple times with scheduling which was frustrating because I was waiting on this to list the house for sale. When one of the owners got notice of the issue, he personally came on site the same day with a crew and went the extra mile to get everything completed promptly and as planned. Service Call/Diagnostic Fee: We charge a standard diagnostic fee to get a master tech on-site to troubleshoot the system. If you move forward with the repair, that fee is often applied toward the total labor.
Veteran Discount: As a veteran-owned business, we proudly offer a standing discount for active-duty members and fellow veterans.
Seasonal Special: For a limited time, take $50 off any service when you book during the month of March.

The Hand-off: I’ll walk the finished project with you to ensure it meets my standards and yours. If we’ve installed a new controller, I’ll personally program it and show you how to manage your zones from your phone.
