FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a clear understanding through conversations and pictures, so I can draw up a plan and send it to the client for final approval before starting any project. Also in some circumstances I will ask to meet with the customer to help with final measurements, and decisions about their product. This way I can ensure that the customer is happy with what they are receiving.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always ask questions! You want to know that they can give you clear, easy to understand answers about their projects. Always feel comfortable in asking for more pictures of their work.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It is really important for clients to have an idea on what type of material they would want and what type of finish they are looking for on their project. It gives the fabricator a better idea of cost or if it is going to work how you want it to.
