I am incredibly happy with the work that Yard Barbers provided. I was in need of weeding services and the team worked quickly to make sure my yard was looking fantastic. They took the time to ensure all edges of flower beds were cleaned up—really going beyond what I expected. They were fast and responsive. I would not hesitate to call them.

Marcus with Yard Barbers was very nice and instructed his crew where to begin and what to do. He worked along with them as well. I was a little disappointed that I had to point out the weeds to one of his workers and he did not dig the weeds out but simply broke them off trying to pull them. I tried to explain to him to dig the weeds out but he did not. I had to point out weeds remaining to Marcus in a walkthrough when they were finished. He was anxious to make sure I was happy with the job and tried to correct the problems. I have a large area that was full of weeds and no plants. They did great on that but on the flower beds where I have many perennials the work was not the greatest but OK. I would probably hire them again.

I have nothing but the best to say about Yard Barbers! From the very minute I reached out to them until the project was finished, Marcus was professional, very responsive and extremely efficient. Their team did such a great job with a task I was not excited about (the city wanted our vacant lot to be trimmed back). I told him they could just knock down the overgrowth and leave it there, but they went above and beyond and hauled it off. Seriously will be using them again and again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do business by flat rate. I schedule a time and date to meet and go through the job in detail. Once we have that, I will be able to give you an accurate quote. Ball park quote if dealing by pictures. Must be precise with details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always prefer that they let me come to the property and give an accurate quote. Once I give the free estimate, we go from there. I'm always making sure we are on the same page and everything that they want and need done, gets done. No half stepping!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No education as far as school/classes, but I'm educating myself on the work just to become a better work and grow my business. Putting together my 1st deck actually at the moment @ a property here in Salt Lake City.
