About
Having received a college degree in construction management and having worked in the industry for 2 years, I have set out starting my own business in home maintenance, slowly transitioning into home renovations, and expanding into new services frequently, always looking to practice and hone in my skills in craftsmanship and ingenuity.
I appreciate the opportunity to meet and work with new customers as they are what make being a business owner so enjoyable.
Looking forward to joining with you on your next project!

Adam responded immediately after I reached out, was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Charged fairly and was meticulous with sending before/after process photos. I read another Thumbtack review saying he was able to do other handyman work so I brought up that I had a questionable crack in the bathroom ceiling. Adam took the time to investigate the attic & was able to suggest a fix that he was able to do immediately as well. I will definitely reach out to Adam again in the future!

Adam did an exceptional job on cleaning our gutters and installing GutterBrushes. He took before and after pictures of each gutter and the after showed spotless gutters. He then installed the brushes. He was a very nice person in our interactions and obviously a person that takes pride in his work. His cost was reasonable.
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lovely Homes and Adam.

Adam was very polite, kind, competent, and professional. From the beginning, he set my mind at ease by showing the problem to me and explaining all the options for repair. He then repaired the problem and showed me the work (which was excellent). I will definitely be referring him to my family and friends.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you can provide the name/contact info of the person who referred you, both you and the referee will get 10% off their next service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I schedule an appointment with the customer, I ask depending on the job if they have skylights, chandeliers, mirrors, or solar panels that need washed.
I ask if there is any window tinting in the home as the same window washing techniques cannot be used on tinting as they can on glass.
I often let my customers know that I will likely need access to their hose if there are extra dirty windows and screens that need cleaned.
If you have a vinyl window that is high up or has multiple panes and parts, I’ll remove the panes from the Frame, wash them, and reinstall them carefully and methodically.
If we agreed to clean the inside and outside of windows, I typically start washing all the windows starting inside on the top floor working my way down top to bottom & left to right having my extra clean “indoor shoes” on. Once I’m finished with the inside, I put on my outdoor shoes and do the same to the exterior of the home.
I thoroughly clean the windows, tracks, sills, screens, front door features, cobwebs, and more depending on how we make our agreement.
Throughout the whole process I will communicate any questions or concerns I have as needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by a working professional that has been in the business for 20 years
