Billy was quite aggressive in his sales tactics from the get-go, and when he had finished, wanted payment immediately without inspecting the job. Many of the windows were done well, but anything that required more than just a spray and wipe didn't look great. He attempted to get some hard water spots off, but was not able to, and he did not clean the window tracks out as we had agreed.
