Terrible experience with this company. They are not true to what they say. and the sales person we originally talked to was rude. We have taken our business to an actual company and not them. Please be aware they are not who they say they are...

Sharon, We do not understand where this hostility towards our company is coming from as we have never met with you. Your lead originally came through as a direct lead, which means you selected us out of a list of contractors that you wanted to work with. However, when we reached out to you, you immediately met us with hostility, saying that we already met. Which we have no record of any contact with you before this point. Despite this we remained professional and courteous to you, and tried several times to remedy the situation. All of our attempts to remedy the situation were either met with hostility or silence. And then out of no where you post this review, despite having never worked with our company. It doesn't make sense that you would want to hurt a small local business and so you must have us confused with someone else. If there is anything we can do to make this right with you please let us know. Thank you. Sundance Exteriors
