FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since each translation project has different requirements, we offer pricing to fit our client's specific translation needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We pride ourselves on our fast turnaround. After receiving a translation request, we generally respond within the hour with our client's estimate. After our client sends their approval, we then send the source document to our translators, most of which have either a Master's or PhD in their field. We use only native speakers translating into their language. Their work is then sent to a reviewer, also a native speaker. We also have a DTP team that formats documents according to the client's specifications. The translated file(s) are then sent to the client. This process (depending on the project) generally takes 2-3 business days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We only use full-time linguists, working only into their native language. They must have at least 5 years of experience as full-time translators in a major field of experience (e.g. medical, legal, technical, and educational). Most of our translators are certified by the American Translators Association or a similar certification organization in their native country. They must have at least a Bachelor's degree in their area of expertise and most have a Master's or a PhD.
